MILWAUKEE, WI (January)—Wagner is pleased to announce that PanelGrip^®, a dry glaze glass railing system, is now ICC-ES Compliant with Report 3950. ICC-ES compliance gives contractors, architects, engineers, and building officials peace of mind that the system will meet building codes when the system is installed to the specifications outlined in the report.

The ICC Evaluation Service (ICC-ES) is a subsidiary of the International Code Council and the most widely accepted and trusted authority in performing technical evaluations for IBC compliance. The ICC-ES evaluation committee ensures all codes across the US are addressed. PanelGrip underwent rigorous independent testing against industry standards, product test data, and specifications to receive compliance under ICC-ES.

ICC-ES performs ongoing audits of PanelGrip systems and Wagner’s manufacturing facility to ensure products continue to comply with the latest codes. To meet specifications of the report the glass base shoe, mechanism, top rail and sometimes handrail are required, depending on application. Wagner offers 11 bracket options and 14 top rail options that are ICC-ES approved for use with the PanelGrip system, providing a variety of design aesthetic options.
