Metal Railings Are What We Do Every Day

We live and breathe metal railings — steel, aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and bronze, metal railing components and systems are what we do every day.

Since the start of R & B Wagner in 1955, Adolph A. Wagner manufactured components for pipe railings that are still sold to this day. A.A. Wagner was the first to introduced stamped handrail brackets and introduced the concept of creating economical stamped weld “els”.

Other parts he brought to the marketplace are Splice-Locks™ and Wedge-Lock™ pipe connectors.

While R & B Wagner was primarily known for pipe railing components, with the purchase of the J.G. Braun Company in 1996, the product offering was expanded as The Wagner Companies became a supplier and manufacturer of architectural metal railings, systems, and components.

We were the first to recognize the value of dry glaze for glass railing and are proud of our patented PanelGrip® system. Other recent additions to our metal railings product line include our patented Slip-Fit™ Handrail Brackets, Legato™ Stainless Steel with Glass Railing System, and the full range of products now available for Lumenrail® LED illuminated railing.
