Wagner has announced the promotion of Michael Dover as the organization’s new CEO, effective immediately. Dover has served as Wagner’s president for the last seven years and will continue to hold that title alongside his new role as CEO.

Prior to Wagner, Dover received his Executive MBA from Marquette University in 2002 and served as president at another manufacturer in the Milwaukee area for over 10 years. In his new position, Dover will continue to work towards maximizing Wagner’s shared profitability through its employee stock ownership plan (ESOP)

“Michael has proven an understanding of the needs and processes for growing an ESOP organization,” said Executive Chairman, Bob Wagner. “In his seven years as president, he has led numerous advances in technology, product development, customer service and growth for Wagner Shareholders. The Board of Directors is pleased to elect Michael as the new CEO and President of Wagner.”

“I’ve greatly enjoyed being a part of a 100% employee-owned company and witnessing the immense success and growth we’ve seen over the years,” said Dover when asked about his experience at Wagner. “I look forward to continuing working alongside our Shareholders, Board of Directors and our Executive Chair, Bob Wagner, as we continue to drive success and true wealth creation for our Shareholders.”
