With the new year at Wagner, we would also like to announce that we have a new president — Michael Dover.

Dover joined the executive team this past December. He assumes the position previously held by Rick Kettler who retired after an 18-year career with the company and a nine-year tenure as president. Bob Wagner remains in the role of chief executive officer (CEO).

Dover brings 26 years of extensive manufacturing, sales, and marketing experience to the company. For the last ten years, he served as president of Scan-Pac Manufacturing — a producer of industrial friction products targetting the drilling, mining, agricultural, and transportation industries. Previously, he worked at Precision Industries Corporation, where he served in various leadership and management positions for over a decade. He has developed, implemented, and maintained innovative procedures to drive company growth, aid the supply-chain, and identify strategies for sustained improvement
